Royal National Institute for Blind People - Information about blind / partially sighted students and their learning needs

Mathstore - Subject Centre for Maths, Stats and OR based in Birmingham. They have several specialists in working with blind and VI students with maths and stats and have built up quite a catalogue of workarounds and ways of getting concepts across to students who can't visually 'see' graphs, diagrams etc
